Abstract
|

|
The length between the primary lesion of choriocarcwoa of the uterus at the surgical specimen and the vaginal metastatic lesion has not been clearly determined.
The reported case was a 41-year-old Korean woman. The patient had undergone abdominal total. hysterectomy on May 18, 1965 and the pathological diagnosis was clioriocarcinorna of the uterus. On January 28, 1969,two vaginal metastatic- lesions were seen and the biopsy revealed 42prw at wall.. The chest was negative.The patient expreveale Pardooma of the, vaginal X-ray red on March 22, 1969 because of massive vaginal wall hemorrhage at home far away from, the hospital.
The length of interval was 3 years and 6 months. The case was the largest interval among our 10 cases, therefore the case was reported herein.
